The application process to ISSRB involves 4 basics steps.
You apply online on our website. We get in touch with you and send you the extended application form, that you fill out and send us back. As soon as the files are received the programme director reviews the application. Please note that the application review takes up to 10 working days. Then, if the decision on your application is positive, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming your acceptance. As the number of students to be enrolled is limited, we advise you to apply as early as possible.
Please note that the application deadline for students from EU is 24th of May, for students from other countries - 5th of May (that is due to the preparing invitation timelimits).
As a second step, a programme coordinator will contact you. You will receive an official letter of acceptance on the University’s letterhead signed by the Head of the department and an invoice. During this period, your arrival including visa procedures and other formalities will be arranged. If you happen to have any special requests or you plan to come with an accompanying person, you are free to ask for some advice or assistance.
As soon as the payment is received, the International department issues an official invitation letter to be presented at the Russian Embassy/ Consulate upon applying for a visa. Please not, the issue of this letter might take up to 2 weeks. After the official invitation letter is issued, a scanned copy is sent to you by e-mail and you are ready to apply for a visa.
