Basic Fee
The basic fee includes:

Accompanying person
The costs for an accompanying person are 500 EURO and include:
Discounts
A discount of 100 euro is given to those having a voucher of the former participant (and 100 euro is given for this to the former participant). In the case of not having this voucher a 15% discount is available to those having been accepted before April 8th 2012. Discount is also given for the group of 4 students or more. Discounts can't be summed up.
Other Expenses
The costs for transportation to and from Saint Petersburg, daily expenses are not included in the Basic fee.
Payment
After your application has been approved, you will receive an invoice. Please make sure that you cover all bank charges related to its payment.
Visa support
The Letter of Invitation will be prepared after your payment and will be sent to you after the 15th of May.Accommodation
The accommodation in the double room at the dormitory is included in the program fee. As St. Petersburg is a very big city, please, be ready that your trip from the dormitory to the Faculty of Economics will take about 1 hour. We also would like to notify that due to the security reasons the dormitory is closed at night from 1 a.m. till 6 a.m. If you would like to live closer to the Faculty or/and go to the night clubs very often, please, see the links to hotels and flats in St. Petersburg in FAQ.
Cancellation
The fee for cancellation made prior to June 8th is 150 EUR. After June 8th, 2012 no fees are refundable. Fees paid for one summer session cannot be transferred to another year.
